My name is Raffy Haddadin and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) scientifically instructed by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), professional trainer for the 2009 Central Valley's Greatest Loser Contest, and a Two-Time Powerlifting World Record Holder.
Being NASM certified means that I am certified in Special Populations (Obesity), Nutrition, Program Design, Training Concepts, Human Movement Science, and Exercise Science. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I am always asked the following two questions: “How do I lose weight” and “How do I get bigger.” My answer is always the same; you have to “Move It 2 Lose It.” Whether your fitness goals include losing body fat to fit into a summer dress, gain lean muscle to look great for summer, or general performance, a client must eat correctly, burn calories through proper exercise coaching, and have a realistic timetable to measure success. My passion is helping my clients achieve their personal fitness goals. Every client receives a comprehensive fitness assessment and a custom tailored fitness regimen specifically designed to activate under-active muscles, lose body fat, increase lean muscle, and improve your overall health. My integrated training uses concepts of: Flexibility, Resistance, Cardio-respiratory, and Stability or Core Training. The NASM OPT model incorporates three phases of training: Stabilization, Strength, and Power. Each phase is critical to achieving your goals and scientifically proven.
